Mmmm mmmm. I got a kiss from my girl-date!
I am so happy, even though my loudmouth Sherlock woke me up at 7:00 am when I don't have to work until 1:00 pm.
We went to go see In America and then went out for Chinese last night. The movie was impossibly gorgeous and such a tearjerker-I NEVER cry at movies and I was really on the verge of tears quite a bit at this one. I am determined to take my mom to see it sometime this week.
My date was adorable in person, and very soft-spoken. We had all kinds of lovely conversation at the restaurant and then we talked until 2 am at Taco Mac. She majored in anthropology and loves Latin American culture, so we had lots to talk about. She's an Irish redhead, too! I probably shouldn't be gushing like this, but she's awfully cute, she kissed me, and she asked to see me again before I leave, so this does appear to be a good thing.
I missed girl kisses!
I stayed up really late reading good Murakami stories and drinking cherry Juicy Juice. Life is good

I have been waiting and waiting to see In America! Nothing comes to this town. Glad to hear it's so good though.
