You poor guy! We were supposed to see Hate Eternal here next week at the No Mercy fest, but they canceled (for the 2nd time). Have to settle for Cannibal Corpse and Mayhem now 
1) Anger. Sometimes gets hard to control.
2) Zilch, nada. My music has to be raw and pure. No WANNABEES and there are to many there.
3) How are your holding up after your loss? Just buried a good friend last week.

I hold grudges too much for that to ever happen, and most of those people in my life have a bad habit of refusing to die. 
Case in point, my ex-girlfriend Holly. Haven't seen or talked to her in 3 years, and she still leaves me little messages here and there over the internet. What the fuck is wrong with people? Get over it! Move on!
