So I won $200 in the weight loss challenge at work! That's a pretty sweet little reward for all my work over the past 3 months. I haven't been as good this week about my diet, but I haven't gained any weight back. Starting tomorrow (Since I will finally have time for a grocery run) I will be back on the path to excellent health. I am also wanting to see if I can get back down to where I can get some definition in my abs. I've been slinking around the Health and Fitness group and have gotten some renewed motivation to work on my abs.

In the mean time, my girlfriend needs to hurry up and get back from Cuba. She left on Wednesday and I haven't slept well since. Also, I might get her to take some pics of me when she gets back so I can post some before and after shots to document my weight loss.

On another note, one of my good friends from Knoxville is applying to be a SG! I'm excited for her. She'll probably make fun of me if she sees this post, but I really do miss her since she moved across the country from me. We used to just sit out on her back porch and talk for hours about everything. Definitely the definition of Good People. Anyways, I am excited she'll be on here! I'll make sure to post her name when she gets on so any of my 2 or 3 blog readers will know to go check her out.

Big news for the weekend is we have our Kickball Tournament this Sunday. Our team hasn't done too well this year, but we played a good game last night against a really solid team, so I am looking forward to Sunday. Either way, it will be a good party.

So I do have a confession. Last night I got a little drunk after the kickball game and broke down on my quitting tobacco. This marks the 4th time I have fallen off the wagon since I quit "cold turkey" March 7th. Damn you Alcohol! Anyways I am back on the wagon again 1 day tobacco free.
