walker

Well today sucked. Felt tired all day long, and work went by slow. Also someone had a complaint and seeing as I was the only senior person there I got to deal with it. I was clam and cool and dealt with it the way I thought best. Sadly the way I thought best wasn't good enough for the customer so he had some words for me. Because of what was said and the fact that we had families with kids I kicked him out. But wait there's more, he didn't want to leave. When I said I would be calling the Sheriffs to take him out he got violent. I wish people would make things easy and not be such asses. To make a long story short when the Sheriffs got there they found him on the hood of his car. He was out cold on his hood because after being only defensive in the fight I through a punch and for the first time in my life knocked someone out. Not proud of it really but its what happened and thats that. I filed charges and he went to the hospital then jail.
