Ok......
So Justin's sentencing was this morning.....
He got 4-20years on 1 sent. 4-20years on another, and 2-4years on the other charge.
They ran consecutively so he's got a sentence of a min of 4 and a max of 20... with time served..... so hes getting a min of 3 years and 6 months to a max of 20 years.
so yea... that's how it ended up. As much as I'd love to wait for him.... the love o my life. I canno o this forever. I am not going to prison with him.

ya that just fails... and the courts are more than willing to throw the book at you for it. even here in Canada. oh i do have one question, how do they determine the minimum of 3 years ? isn't it like minimum 5 years or something, or is it time spent while waiting for trial ? do they give u a firm number of years or is it always like open ended ? having a firm number makes everything alot easier. like you know 5 years or 10 years, none of this min/max stuff.
