I've been doing some thinking lately, and Something that has come to mind (Which is a rather simple discovery) is that people would be much happier if they took joy in the little things. Like that awesome feeling when you successfully remove all of the plastic seal on a pudding cup, or going for a walk and looking at all the new life around you that comes with Spring.
Laugh at your own mistakes, One will lose many laughs if you don't
appreciate those around you more, time can be long or short, so dont take your loved ones for granted.
I realize a lot of this can be common sense, but sometimes its encouraging to hear it and ponder on these truths.
