Jeff's Grandma passed away yesterday morning at 3:20am.
She's been battling a stage 4 heart condition for about six years now. She was constantly on oxygen, and couldn't travel far from home. About a week ago she got Pneumonia, and her body just couldn't fight it.
She will be SORELY missed. It's been really hard on both Jeff and myself. Wont be online much this weekend, the viewing is Sunday, and the funeral is Monday.
