So tonight was shit.
I bought Slayer/Hatebreed tickets from Maxxus for 50 dollars, even when I knew there wasn't a possibility that I couldn't find anyone to go with me. Sure enough, EVERYONE was busy. My sister even gave me the grand excuse of, "I have to clean." At 9 o'clock at night? Give me a fucking break.
So I went to Safehouse and tried IMing a bunch of people...and had Mike call all his friends to give away two free tickets to the show, and no one would budge. God, it's hard enough giving away tickets for money, but I didn't know it would be so hard to give free tickets away for a fucking awesome show.
Eventually I got ahold of Gabe, and had him and Pablo come pick up the tickets, so they went. I paid for my friends to go see Slayer.
La dee fucking da. That was 50 dollars I shouldn't have spent. Such is life, I suppose.
