hi i'm back.
finals are over. yay!
summer session starts on 5/24. boo.

mom kicked ass today. she graduated from the hagan school of business at iona college with an MBA. with honors. and she delivered a rockin' speech on ethics in leadership. senator schumer (d-ny) spoke, as well as bernie kerik. (fucking bernie kerik, dudes!!) took lots of pictures. and video.
michael, dad and i are all sunburned like whoa.
had a lovely luncheon following the graduation regalia at Equus in Tarrytown . Turns out mom knows the executive chef. All nine of us got complimentary glasses of Sauterne . leave it to mom

**note to self**: if you're pale, irish and redheadded, don't wear a sleeveless dress to a morning graduation that just happens to be outdoors. or if you do, wear sunscreen. i'm purple and in pain. it's not pretty.

did i mention my mom rocks?

(michael's) aunt m.e.'s surprise party is tomorrow. yay! i love parties. and it's also nice to know that other people's families are as dysfunctional as mine. well, not quite, but nobody's family is normal...and if yours is...well..you suck.

friday, 5/21 is my last day at bound brook ford. i'm so happy it's finally over. dad may have an in for me at the bmw store, but we'll see. anyone want to hire me as a lifeguard for the time being?

okay. so. there's a law and order marathon (or something?) on. yahoo for law and order.
