Today was generally poopy. I forgot my tax returns (that means I couldn't post them to mail out so I can get my refund check and finally pay that stinking loan off), keys to car #2, Fodor's guide to Central Florida, among many other things. Sanity was definitely one of them. 
My pantyhose were not cooperating either, and that just aggravated the situation. 
So, yeah, nothing too eventful. Updated stock in Reynolds & Reynolds, had lease returns at the storage lot, (always an adventure during spring, since fighting off the bugs is a mini-jihad all its own).
Some weird vehicle wholesalers offered me $500 for my green 1996 Ford Taurus with 130K miles and a bum transmission (not the one I drive on a daily basis- that's red). I own the damn thing for $1.00, so an offer of $500 rocks my world. I'm so going to take the money and run, as long as I remember the gosh darn keys!
So four people out of the 50-something that work with Dad and me know that he's leaving. It's going to be interesting tomorrow...I can't wait to see the looks on all of those smarmy ass faces. I'm honestly beginning to like the sales staff less and less...for different reasons according to whichever staffer it is.
That's really unlike me but I'm going to go with my gut on this one.
Tomorrow is FRIDAY
I'm so happy. Michael's coming out to get his oil changed and then we're going to make dinner. It pisses me off that we're not spending Easter together but...he took off Saturday night for me so I'm not going to complain. He's so cute. 
The painters are finally finished with the bedrooms and the kitchen...and everything looks fabulous. They come back next week to refinish the floors.
I want my house back, damnit!
Ugh, it's 12:40. I should get on to sleep. See you SGNY kids on Saturday!!!!

If I can't make it back for that I plan on taking a trip to NY anyway. I miss the city. I haven't been for quite some time.
