So yeah, my Netflix got here in record time. For my first rental, I got "White Oleander", "Fried Green Tomatoes" and "The Warriors". I got "The Warriors so Michael and I could watch it together since I know he really likes that flick, but he just told me he has it already
. I hope he appreciates the thought. (I'm sure he does

Scored an 80 on my Police Supervision midterm. Not bad, but I hoped to do better- although I didn't spend nearly enough time studying for it, so I'm not too surprised that I only scored the 80 and not higher. Better luck on the final I suppose, huh?
I'm still waiting for the results of my DEP exam I took in June (what the...?, you say? yeah, I know). I think I did well on that, but the gosh-darn results should be here by now. The website says results generally take six to nine months to come- it's almost well past that- so I wrote NYC DCAS a nice note:

To Whom It May Concern,
I sat for Environmental Police Officer examination #3001 on June 28, 2003. I read that it would take from six to nine months for my results to be available. Nearly nine months have come and gone, and I am still left wondering where on Earth my test results could be; they are certainly not in my mailbox. Please do not simply tell me to call 311 since I am not a New York City resident. That would only complicate matters and frustrate me further.
Please let me know the status of my exam results as soon as possible. I can be reached at the above phone number. In case that gets lost, it is abc123xyz.
Thank you for your prompt assistance.
Sincerely,
Miss Irish Libra

Still haven't heard anything though.
I'll keep you lovelies posted.
I hope the Trooper exam doesn't take nearly as long. I dont think it will though, because the recruiters said it would only be like a month or two. *shrugs* who knows.

Wow, you're looking to become one of those scumbags?! Just kidding. I'll keep you posted on any witch hunts or inevitable riots. Look for me in the center.

That sucks about the lag time in gettting results. How's the veggie thing going? Four weeks for me so far and it's still going strong. I know you had the mishap, but i hope you can keep on keeping on.
