I don't know if it was something I ate or what. I felt icky last night after class but figured it was just indigestion or something to that effect.

Then the poop hit the fan (quite literally) late last night and hasn't stopped since frown

maybe it's just me, but i'd use a little N-cainal *before* it gets raw and nast. of course, i also wait until too late...but i think a little prophylactic Nupercainal never hurts.
