So the pix from SGNY's party last night look kick ass! I'm so sorry I missed it.
Anyway, I taught myself how to crochet and knit over the past couple of days. I'm still learning but it's fun. I think I'll make Michael a scarf or something when I get the hang of things. That's what my best friend did once she took up kitting- made everyone scarves. I love mine.
So I have to work tomorrow thru Wednesday (what the fuck is with being open on Christmas Eve? Last minute shoppers for cars? MY ASS!!!) and then drive my parents to the airport of Friday then go to work. This winter break is just the beginning of "Jme's Airport Taxi". I should be able to profit big time from this. It's not like the use of the car costs me anything except depreciation, and even then not so much. The gas is a pain in the butt though, esp. on a V8. Yikes. Oh well, it's the price you pay for luxury I guess. FYI I'm not talking about my car the Taurus, I'm talking about my car the Crown Vic.
Speaking of cars, the Thunderbird (aka my demo for work which I drove twice) was returned on Wednesday of last week because it's not practical for the winter. So my general sales manager (who really doesn't do anything but that is for a whole different post) takes it as his demo and proceeds to smack up the car, it might even be totaled. He ran into a deer on some backwoods hick road in Jersey and BOOOM!! A 2003 T-bird with not many miles on it. $35K car. Gone. Ugh. I want to gouge his eyes out. Is that covered under "act of God" insurance??
New episodes on "The Sheild" are out. Saw the first one of this season today. w00t, indeed!!
