well, long time no talky. things have been really crazy. today was my last day at the reastaurant ive been working at for the last year. it was really sad. i'm really going to miss alot of the folks there. But i start my new job on tuesday. im now the purchasing manager/chef for a high end wine shop here. it came with a hug raise and drops my commute from 45 min each way to 5 min each way. im going to be in charge of the ordering of all the wines and setting up wine tastings. i am also going to be planning menus for the catering events and ill be giving in shop cooking classes. needless to say im excited as hell!!
