When the things that dance across the tip of your tongue, don't make any sense to you; but your heart screams words at you like a drunk prophet. Oh, the things that must have never crossed a poets tongue... emotions too convoluted to be understood, thoughts that resonate in silence, and dreams that never sleep.
Though, somehow through the explosion of silence, three words ring clear;

The truth of it is I really don't know. I just hope. Maybe that is the greatest gift that my heart can give my mind...

We made a basic ganache and flavored it with Laphroaig, nothing too fancy, but incredibly delicious!
We do the molded chocolates, so it was one of those along those lines. One day I'd like to do a whole line of scotch chocolates. We'll see
