How do I always forget to update this thing?
I moved into my apartment and got a job that I like - delivering pizza. I never thought I'd LIKE the job, but I also never expected I'd make bank in tips and work with a bunch of cute guys!

It's my first Valentine's day alone.. ever.. but that didn't stop me from doing my makeup up and dressing nice for the day. Hope you're all having a great day <3
New move update!
Man, I love my friend that I'm staying with so fucking much but all we do lately is fight about stupid stuff. At parties - we're fighting, at home - we're fighting. It's rarely serious but last night things got a little intense. He had a few girls over the he referred to as brunette sluts (when we were supposed to be eating dinner alone - he said they were just coming over for a drink and then were leaving) so I took a nap while they were here but I kept hearing them making racist and sexist comments. Then I heard my friend say something shitty about one of my friends so all hell broke loose when I came out to defend her - telling him that his friends were a bunch of bitches and that it's not cool for him to make me feel like I'm not allowed to have friends. He asked his friends to leave and said it was right for me to call them out for saying shit he wouldn't normally tolerate but it just turned into four hours of screaming and crying and eventually throwing up. Overall, today has been much better with no fighting (other than a kungfoo battle - which I won).
I've also had a ton of job interviews (four this week) and have started taking online classes. Finally! I feel like I'm so close to things turning out and it's so very exciting for me. Otherwise - I love Topeka. There is so much to do and it's amazing being in a city instead of New Hampshire. I've been searching for a new gym and yoga class as well as some volunteer hours to keep me busy until I get my tax return and can sign up for more classes. No debt for this one!

Oh Kansas.....
I love it here so much - Topeka is a little city and the apartment I'm staying in is right above a cute little pretentious coffee shop and I love falling asleep to the crosswalk signal beeping and to cars. There are a million things to do and the weather has been pleasant. The people are generally nicer and I have made some awesome friends.
With that being said, I'm happy to be here but I'm just.. not happy overall. I'm trying to find more hobbies and a job and my own apartment because I feel constantly lonely and like I'm an annoyance to my friends. We have very different interests. I also don't have any alone time anymore or time to do things that I want. I try to keep myself busy by cleaning and recleaning and running errands, but I still feel very empty here at the end of the day.
I hope this lifts and things fall into place because I really want to stay here.

Last year I decided my resolution was to be abstinent - the whole year - unless I found a guy that met two secret standards. I decided one year of abstinence was enough - onto better things!

Merry Christmas!
I got a kindle fire, a new blanket, two new pandora charms, candy, clothes, makeup. I still have things coming from other family members. I love presents and Christmas. My best friend moved in with me about two weeks ago and I was afraid she wouldn't have anything from her family (she moved in with me because her family got evicted right before Christmas...) but she ended with basically identical gifts - a nook, a new blanket, clothes, and various cat figurines? I dunno. Now we're beginning the battle of which is better - the nook or the kindle.
Visiting both of our families was done by 8AM so we were able to come home and nap all day. We were going to go out to ihop for dinner since their website said they were open today but I guess they closed early and we ended up getting chinese. Overall, it was a great day. How about yours?
