I missed blogging on here! For some reason I would rather blog here than myspace...go figure?!

It's been a looooong and busy day for me!
Not working is not always as relaxing as you might expect it to be. I spend almost all day keeping an eye on my new pup since she is always finding new things to get into! She's adorable, but quite the handful! I almost can't wait till she's grown so I don't have to watch her EVERY move.

Lately, I've been super curious and excited as to when I will get my ring! That's right, I'm getting engaged soon! We picked out my ring (which is totally kick ass) and it's been ordered. Since it has to be custom made it's taking a few weeks to get here. My boyfriend is being all secretive about it and won't throw me any hints as to when all the good stuff is going down, which just makes it more exciting! It's a really good feeling to be absolutely sure you want to mary the person your with. I have to say, the first time I got engaged I knew it wasn't right (we got "un-engaged" 3mos later). This time I feel excited and SURE that it's right and it's what I want. What a relief!! I can't wait to make my invitations! I have so many cute ideas for the wedding planning!!!

I'm still waiting on my paperwork for my LLC. My sister mailed it off waaaay late so it's taking even longer than I expected. grrrrr. When someone offers to do something for you, it should be a priority!!! Not whenever you feel like it. Oh well, she's my sister...I can't be that mad.

Getting on SG is making me want to model again. However, I don't think I want to go through all the BS of applying on here again. It seems like it's just becoming a longer process and I don't care to wait forever and a year to hear back like I had to last time. I'm doing my homework on some other sites out there to see if I find something that might strike my fancy! We'll see.........

I've been painting lately, go figure! So I'm gonna get busy on my latest!

Someone gifted me back....so thanks to who ever you are!! It's kinda nice to be back. It will give a chance to talk to some old friends and see how much it's changed since I left.

These days I think I might be a little internet anti-social....

..maybe it's working two jobs...one of which is for a radio station and I'm constantly going out....

or maybe it's that my roommate up and bailed out on me and is now in rehab..and I have till the end of the month to get out of my place....

or maybe....I'm just being a brat.....?

Hope everyone's weekend was as fukin' kickass as mine!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
OBSERVE.

My sister and I went to see Jim Gaffigan on Friday night....IT WAS AWESOME! After the show we did a "meet & greet" and got our picture taken and posters signed!! My poster reads "Hey Liz, Congratulations on getting out of jail!" LOL. so rad.


After the show we went out to the Aristocrat and watched The Braineaters play. We got drunk. Had a killer time!

Then Saturday...I had an appt to get started on my new back piece by Cody Moore. We did just outline and shading this time. Next time....color!!!!


Sunday I hit the drag racing finals w/my Pops. We had a good time...besides all the wind and rubber in my face!

So...my weekend was woooooonderful!!! I had such a great time with my sister! By far the best Friday 13th ever!
Now...its time to start planning my trip to SF and SC. The party must go on!!!

Finally, something to look forward to!!!!!!!!!!!
My sister will be in town this weekend! yay!!!! So Friday night we've got tickets to see Jim Gaffigan...HELL YEAH! I can't wate to get trashed and laugh my ass off! After the show...I dont know what everone else is up that night but it's Friday 13th! and I think we may just hit up a local show. I hear there's a few. Anyone else know of anything good?? We'll be down at the Aristocrat- my buddies band Back Stabbath will be playing a show. I'm sure that will be a pretty good time. So dont be LAME...come out and hang!

THEN..........Saturday I'm off to get new ink!!! I have a nice sized piece I'll be getting on my back...right between the flowers on my shoulder blades. I'm fukin' STOKED!!!!

So thats whats new exciting with me...

So someone rearended me on the 215 yesterday morrning. On my way to work, minding my own damn business and I get hit TWICE! First person hit me, spun me into the middle of oncoming traffic...then another person hits me sending me spinning another half a turn until my car finally comes to a stop after a full 360 in the middle of the freeway, across 3-lanes, at 8:00am.
THANK YOU!!!!!!! To all the fucking assholes that have no fucking clue how to operate a vehicle. I seriously thought I was either going to end up dead or in the damn hospitol. Thankfully, I'm okay...just serious back pain which I will be getting checked out this week.
My car is totaled. I think I'm going to buy an old Chevy. So watch your ass...next time someone hits me...it YOUR CAR that will be fucked!

That is all for now. I just needed a little venting space. I love the rest of you good drivers.

So, here are some pix of my latest project. I gave my friend's bass guitar a little face lift and covered the whole thing entirely in old horror movie posters!!!! It came out beautifully and I've had tons of compliments on it...I'm really happy with it. It just needs a couple more coats of clear and then sealer. I also want to get a red pick guard for it too (instead of the white one) and then I can finish piecing it back together. Check it out!..........





This is just one of the many projects I have at the moment....and hopefully this summer I can get my e-bay store started! So tell me what you think!
