Almost on Vacation, a few more days and we're off to OKC, and then on to New Mexico!

two nights this week i've had nightmares. both are about being attacked by insects. the first night was about ants. the second was about some sort of wasp.

today I yelled at the truck for some reason or another.

i think i'm just overworked.
it could be that I havent gone running in quite a few days--goddamn thunderstorms.

I have clients booked for the next 4 weeks. that's never happened before, i take this as a good sign.

then in September its off to Oklahomo and parts of the southwest for me.

I'm so hungry I could ride a horse.

Um... Wait....

spent the morning getting soaked while trying to finish up a yard cleanup.
had a sweat shirt and a hoodie on--both soaked.

my large white mocha, gone in about 2 minutes b/c I was so cold.

and now i'm home. still working, but at least i'm dry.


furthermore:
last year I quoted a couple 900 bucks for a pruning job. they couldn't afford it then.
they call me last winter and ask to get it done then (pruning, in winter, in the northeast.. wtf). I say no.

now they get a hold of me and say, can you do the job, but only for 500.

WTF? that's nearly half the price,
for the same job?
are you fucking kidding me? are you that stupid?

apparently they are.

i have a cold. its the warmest day of the year today, and I'm stuck with a cold that his kicking my ass.

still though I have to go meet with some clients and such today. so we'll see how well taht goes.


staring at a computer screen for too long hurts the eyes, but i'm trying my best.
