1. I'm too self-conscious and too fickle to list bands.
2. I'll tell you that my lists look like someone stuck in the 1990's.
3. I also like oldies music a lot. I really like it all.

films:

1. Anything that's a documentary I love.
2. I love old Woody Allen and am not a huge fan of modern day guy/girl romances where the dude is a slob and the girl is uptight and hot.

books:

1. Anything political, lots of self-help-y stuff, obviously Sedaris and that whole crowd, throw in some Oscar Wilde and any memoir and I'm happy.

into: coffee, red wine, cheese, black and white tuxedo cats, reading, cable news on mute, comedy, listening to podcasts, napping, walking many miles at a time, ignoring the phone when it rings.

not into: Having to catch up on calls that I've ignored.

makes me sad: Anger, anonymity of the internet working against us, Global warming, that even right-wingers get the last word on liberal cable talk shows.
