I am glad to be back, its been a bit of an enforced journey which has left many confused and some worried in my close circle. At all times, I was fine, so never worry, I can handle myself. It's just sometimes hard to see yourself reacting on the outside, yet on the inside wondering what on earth is going on. Without dwelling, I have fixed this permanently....

Patience is Pure, I have been quite lacks and to now have an attitude of Fuck It like I used too with the attached Caring Ribbon, is as my friend Aveastra so wonderfully said on Tattoo Saturday, "Glad You're Back, Fucking About Time You Donkey's Cock!"

Before I forget, I am so glad to have Cerephinna back as my dearest of friends. I have made mistakes, but mistakes lead to withdrawn consideration which leads to coming back better and stronger. My reply on her side should say it all in Music

I have lost 3 stone since March or if I do the sums, 42Lbs or about that so far. There is no secret diet, no managed intake formula, I'll just say, don't try this at home!!
