day 3 & i rock so hard lol.
yesterday, did 1hr aerobic weight training (more weights) & 1hr kickboxing + 30min pilates...
today, again woke up before my alarmclock, ready to go & bouncy, and did 1hr of aerobic weight training (more aerobic) and then a regular 1hr step-aerobics class.
i feel, so groovy. drinking tons of water still and peeing all the time!
i have the wonderful kind of muscle-sore where you don't hurt-hurt, but you can tell you've been working lately.
i've lost weight already & my shape is changing (both by looks & measurements)... at this point most likely just water-weight cuz i'm hydrating + muscle tightening, but hey, it's nice to see that my efforts are making some results.
i'm one sexy bitch morphing into a differently-shaped sexy bitch.
and i'm not full of myself either
i'm just feeling happy & bouncy & full of energy. yeeehawwwww.
