Moving next weekend!! Me and my new roommate have shared my 1 1/2 bedroom apartment for about a month now and we've gotten along like gangbusters so we're getting a 2 bedroom next week. Since we're going to have equal space, that means I can charge her an equal amount of rent and bills! And it's about time, because I am really tired of being broke.

Now that I finally have the time and money, my fat ass is going back to the gym! Sadly, not my old MMA gym, just plain old 24 hour fitness. I'm determined to lose 30-40 lbs by October. Hell, that's less than 10 lbs a month I should be able to do that. I started my membership on the May 15th and immediately injured myself my first day. I had to take that week off but was right back at it and after my first full week i was down 5lbs. Once my car is paid off i can resume the search for a new MMA gym. the biggest stumbling block i have is the times that classes start. My work schedule is 10-7 monday through friday. Coincidentally, that's also the business hours of almost every MMA gym in Dallas.

I have a week's vacation coming up in July so I will use that time to scout gyms and classes. Other than that, nothing new to report.
