School... continuing education... subject matter... idk... Sports Medicine?

It's pretty cool that you're even seriously considering this move.
I believe we talked about this; but use your community college! Use it to find what you'd like to actually study by taking a course or two into it. Also, after 15years, your old credits might not be useful anymore. Find that out, and use your community college to knock out the bogus classes you don't want to take (such as English or Math).
I agree with the CC route....it's a much much cheaper way to explore your options a little. As a now retiring/moving to middle school Community College professor....there's a lot of room for exploring, mucking about, and or testing things out this way.
