It only took an hour or so and FINALLY asking for directions.

I have to vent, and this seems like a fine place. I just spent the last 48 hours without electricity at home. In the heat of a Southern California summer. I called the electric company every 2 hours, and they basically always said "it'll be back on in a few hours." Until finally they called me at 5pm today to say it would be back...
