Made a smoked beef brisket for my softball team on the long weekend. Made new friends fast when your cutting up 14lbs of slow smoked tender beef! Even my son Ryder who just turned 1 this year had a belly full of brisket. Ryder prefers his brisket pulverised and I like mine sliced. I also saw a sheep dog jump 3 times his hight to get on the table with the leftovers so even the dog went gaga, mental note wood smoke + meat = sexy pheromones!
