Well, the medication adjustment really isn't helping me so far. Doctor said to give it more time. I don't feel like it really is helping at all. I am still freaking out at work and ready to quit on a daily basis. I have my second therapy appointment tomorrow morning. I was told to keep a journal of my anxiety and depression and how I came down from my episodes... Haven't done it because I have no idea what I am supposed to write down.
Took the kids to the park on Sunday night to let them run off some energy and I feel they had a good time. You could definitely tell a difference from the time we got there to the time we left. They were exhausted. Took some pictures and I tried going to manual focus but I guess because I have glasses I have to rely on auto focus. All the pictures I took in manual where focused on the wrong thing. So I went to auto and got lots of better pictures.
Unfortunately my daughter was having so much fun that I couldn't get a picture of here with her mouth shut.
Had a great storm last night but unfortunately it didn't last long. I stood out in the storm and was blown around and got pretty soaked. It was awesome! They it stopped and I was kind sad about that. I took some pictures after the storm and they look kinda neat...
