Hmmm....Gonna try & quit drinking yet again. It's still a huge problem in my life & needs to be fixed. I've tried many different times but that's the easy part-the hard part is making it actually stick. So fingers crossed-here we go again.

Yeah, fingers crossed. I usually make the worst decisions, can't control myself, blackout, become mean & belligerent & sometimes worse-violent. Not good things, eh. The bad thing is-that I don't drink to get wasted, i drink because I like to drink-but I really hate the end results. Some days are better than others, huh.

I went the opposite way.... knew I could never stop drinking, so I gave up all the dangerous shit that I do AFTER I been drinking...... leave the car at home, stay away from bad girls, lose the guns..... although I never did anything to anyone that didn't earn it.......

been working ok so far.

prolly doesn't help you much, but good luck, if you quit your a better person than I am

P.S. I'm stopping drinkin too. What I found has helped is to be the D.D. I can still go out and have fun, I'm doing a good service for my buddies who drink and I don't wake up with a hangover

So far it has been two weeks & I haven't had anything to drink except for 2 glasses of champagne on my friend's 21st birthday! I'm doing pretty good staying away from the booze so far, but the true test is to see if it can last.

As for the D. D.-can't do that, I have a DUI & no car, so driving is just out of the question. Oh well. But man I do miss driving.
