UUUUGGGHHHH... It's been too long.
OCTOBER 20, 2009 @ 05:37 PM | 7 COMMENTS

So friday is moving day. Into the dank 1BR apartment at Riveria Apartments. One huge bummer, NO PETS. Don't tell me to get a gerbil or a fish, I want a dog damn it.

Another giant kick in the teeth is I was forced to cancel my vacation to Florida to see the Fest 8, due to money being put toward moving. If I ever hit the lottery it will create momentary bliss-free living, until the next financial pothole blows my life's tires.

Today in itself was fantastic though. I slept in, made a big batch of delicious chili, and am now polishing off a bottle of wonderful Moscato wine. Only a few days left to hang with the roommates (as roommates), so I feel I'll be home a bit more. I'll document the move in, maybe take some progress pictures in the decorating process!

I am such a nerd... Till then,

Cheers,
Jason

So the days are ticking down and away until the Fest 8 in Gainesville Florida! I am stoked to see so many amazing bands for such a reasonable price.FUCKING STOKED SON!!!!!

Small Brown Bike is doing a reunion show (again) there and I couldn't be more happy. My fucking ears will be little whores falling in love with sound after sound, riff after riff, lyric after lyric. Me and my buddy LostAtSea82 are the only 2 on board so far. If you plan on attending, let me know, maybe we can meet up and I'll buy you a PBR.

Only SOME of the bands...

Cheers,
Jason

Well folks, once again the normalcy of reality has crowded and clogged my social life to the point where I could honestly explode. I have bills piling up, no more free time, and have to go house hunting very soon to boot. I can't bitch and moan that much, I still have time to see some good things along the way, though my money should be going toward better things. Fuck it, you only live once, but can go broke numerous times, right? Here are a few pictures I have taken over the summer of better times...

Aaahh... it's not all that bad, and believe me, I have done tons more, only didn't document every activity. It would prove near impossible to do so! All in all, I can say this summer has been more than mediocre, so I'll doc that as a win for myself. I hope you all had a fantastic summer as well!!

Now time for my favorite season to begin... I love the autumn.

Cheers,
Jason

So I went "camping" with a handful of my friends last night. We happened to be very close to a nuclear power plant also. After 2 kinds of whiskey, vodka, and weed from Amsterdam, some fun was had and I took photos. Here are a few...

So I got the tummy tatt done yesterday. Needless to say, my white sheets are now blotched up with red and orange. I love it though.

Well, after a few Mai Tais and some hard thoughts, I'm leaving work early on Saturday to head to Detroit and See Alkaline Trio and Saves The Day at the Fillmore. I've been listening to both bands for years now, and now actually have the chance to see them share a stage. I'm stoked, also the tix are REASONABLY priced.

P.S.
My 3rd tattoo session for my half-leg sleeve was a few days ago, and I'd like to share a crappy cell picture of it.

Okay everyone, I'm well aware that this website is not meant to be the social networking juggernaut that Facebook or Mice Pace is, but it is an available option, correct? The main focus are the girls and their amazing beauty, that is a given, but what about the in-betweens?

It seems some have lost the ability to communicate outside of the "beautifully done" mindset of set commenting. I admit, I'm partially guilty in this mentioned category, but I've lost ambition due to lack of response. I'm not in need of any attention in any form, only wishing others could socialize a tad more. If not with me, with each other.

This could potentially spark more interesting blog posts, awesome pictures, and what have you. I browse profiles of friends from time to time and notice some haven't updated blog info for months. Even if nothing spectacular is happening in your current life, it doesn't mean you can't vent or type off some emotions.

I look forward to staying on this wonderful site and hearing all about friends I'll most likely never meet in actual life!! It's an escape that we can all benefit from.

Cheers, Jason.

I can't get enough live music now. I need to live in a venue, or at least work in one. I have so many shows I'd like to see, and will try my hardest to do just that. My friend Court got a hold of 4 Incubus tix in Detroit, I'm going to see Rise Against and Rancid in Detroit, maybe Jack's Mannequin, Alkaline Trio with Saves the Day, and Nightmare of You in Cleveland... Shit... soooo many shows to attend. I'm gonna start saving my monies now. If any of you here in SG land are attending good shows in the Northwest Ohio/Southeast Michigan area, let me know, maybe I'll be able to venture to them!!

Cheers,

Jason.
