I love New Mexico. I wouldn't mind settling down there sometime down the road of life. I have family in Albuquerque and Sante Fe. I prefer Sante Fe over Albuquerque, but Sante Fe is quite a bit more expensive than Albuquerque. Anyway, I wish you luck with your transition to New Mexico. Be sure to check out all of the National and State Parks while you are living there. They are great!

yeah this whole Ophelia deal is pretty shitty. We haven't been hit too much out here in Southern Pines. but I expect we'll get some pretty thick rain coming in soon enough.

It might be a bit of a drive from Wilmington (I think Raleigh is where they usually meet up) We live about a little over an hour away from Raleigh so sometimes it's a bit of a trek if we're bogged down with stuff plus the whole gas ^ issue. But alot of people are willing to carpool & what not.
Also there are alot of photography enthusiasts in SGNC. Idjiit is the Official SGNC photographer. I think a few SG ladies that are interested in photography or actually do it. (I'm not too sure)
& Brighteye is local photographer as well. (I know theres more but I just remember who right now
) So yeah def. lots to talk about if you come to some of the meet ups!!!

No, I dont live in Wilmington...just down there quite often to go to Dans studio and work with him. But, yeah, he has a real studio...not a spare garadge or room in the house.
