Just before I lost my job with Tmobile I was standing in line at Walmart. All I had was batteries. I needed them for my keyboard smartass.
Anywho, I am standing there it is 2 am. It is me 2 clerks and about 5 customers. The person in line was complaining to the clerk. You see she had bought something and wanted to return it. The clerk was trying to explain that it couldn't be done at that moment because the customer service desk was closed.
Tucson is a lot live any suburb to any major city. everything pretty much closes down at 11:00. Hell even the bars are only open until 1 am so, really i was thinking this isnt so unreasonable.
And then it happened..........

At the time i was s supervisor for the call center so i knew where this was heading. THis piece of human waste was not only going to ask for the supervisor to take the item back but, try and get something free too. When you are a supervisor for customer service you learn to smell them a mile away.
So now the poor girl working the register is almost in tears. This person is all irate. The other cashier is looking over at the 3 of us nervously so I smiled.
"you want me to go out to my car and get a gun and blow her brains all over the conveyor for you?"
This lady got all pissed and started in on me. I told her that if it would make her happy and shut her the fuck up I would take out the whole store. Or even better how about I just go ahead and fly my supersonic jet all the way to Walmart HQ. tell them they have to hire someone to work that service desk 24/7 just so she can return a nondefective product that she frivolusly bought. Would that make it all better? you can't come in 12 hours from now and get this taken care of? Are you just too embarassed to admit you never wanted it in the first place that you come in at 2 in the morning when noone is around? It cost like 20 bucks I offered to buy just so she would shut the hell up.
Then she tells me she is gonna call the manager in the morning, as she walks out. I yell "My name is Nick - make sure he fires the right person.
