So I am back from new york! Friday was my last day.
But I shall cover everything in order.

The trip there was smooth and uneventful.
We got there, got all ready and left for mom's gradumacation.
It took a while to get goig but once it started it went pretty quickly. Congratulations to anyone else who gradumacated from Mercy College at the evening ceramony on wednesday.

After we went to an amaizing japanese place in Dobbsferry called Tenbo.
It was freaking good.
I got the Chirashi dinner which was essentialy sushi in a bowl.
A bowl of sushi rice with huuuuge chunks of sashimi and other things you'd find on sushi on top. Twio slabs of salmon, some tuna, tamago, some sort of white fish cut and shaped into a rose with roe on top, and a nice juicy piece of octopus.
I ate most of the rice first so I could just eat the sashimi on it's own.

I went out like a light once we got home. We woke up early and mom drove us into her work as the psychiatric institute,
We had to get visitor stickers to wear. I crossed out 'Visitor' and wrote 'Patient'.
We got breakfast from the cafeteria, then hung out there for a bit before heading to time square on the subway.
Met up with our friend Kieth and we walked all over the place, saw the naked cowboy, went to the huge Toys R Us. Rode the ferris wheel, I wanted the 'My Little Pony' car but we got the firetruck.
There I bought me a Dagron!. A McFarlane dagron.
Then to Virgin Records after piddling around a bit more, I got the latest Nightwish CD, Bruce Dickinson's CD and they had a little rack of Suicide GIrls stuff! I got's me a poster. It's small and kinda blurry with the cartoony Elara on it. They also had Undies and Tshirts and the whisky glasses. Which I should have bought. I'll order one from here. The poster was just impulse buying. I was gonna get some Nick Cave CDs but I decided not to splurge too much. Also got me sis the Brotherhood of the Wolf sound track for her birthday presant.

Went to Ben and Jerry's for a snack, wandered some more, by 3:30 we decided to head back to mom's work. Had to get more stickers, this time I wrote 'Mad Scientist' in place of visitor.

Then off to Summerville, ate at a little Thai place with some friends of ours. A woman who's been comming to my dad's resort for years, her family's been comming since my dad was little. She and her husband have two kids; Mandy and Joeseph. Mandy's a sweet little 11 year old who I fear will be smothered by her parents. She was desperate to get away from them for any short amount of time that she could.
She used to cling to my siister Nancy, because Nan has that effect on little girls, this time she hung out with me.
We all went to the mall.
Keith gave me some awesome side zip, steel toe boots and a black tac sweater he got from work. He's on the rescue squad. The sweater he never wears, the boots I think were the wrong size or something. but they fit me great.

Mandy and I wandered off alone, she complained about parents most of the time then we talked about toys and candy. We hit Hot Topic first. We each got litte Grr backpack danglys, I got mine for Sarita, as well as a Napolean Dynomite key chain that says 'I have sweet nunchuck skills' And for me I got a Seshomarou action figure. Was gonna get Inuyasha, but I knew if I got the two, I'd also have to get him in human form aaaand I'd have to get Kagome.Seshy and Kagome looked the best ouf of the two but I just settled with Seshy. Wandered around looking for Hitchhiker's Guide toys. I really want to get a Marvin for Sarita, but no luck.
We finaly headed home.

Next day Nan slept in, Brenda and I went to work with mom again. Once more did we need stickers, this time I wrrote 'Expiriment' Brenda wrote the word 'Mouse' and crossed it out, next to the word Visitor.
I played with mom's pet mouse, who they found roaming around their floor. None of the other labs claimed them so she put him in her office and named him Chiko. He's a cute, fat, big eared little thing. I wanted to borrow him to stud for my colony, but he had an earing in his right ear, I said 'Sorry mom, your mouse is gay.'


Brenda and I subwayed out to Central park, thought about going to the museum but never did. Went to see the Angel fountain, there was a dead pigeon next to it, and while we were sitting on a bech I saw another pigion come along and nuzzle it. It was kind of sad, I thought it was mourning the dead one until it tried to have sex with it's lifeless corpse.

There were lots of cute, short haired girls.... Holding hands with other cute, short haired girls... Damnit.

Took LOTS of pictures around little beaten paths. I'll post as many as I can. Once we were finished there we headed back,. Drove back to the dorms, threw our things in the car, mom was driving back in her car so I rode with her, and at 5:30 off we went!... At first!
Just after the Tappan Zee bridge traffic slowed right down. Stayed that way for a while.
Talked alot with mom, things picked up, we stopped for many a coffee and pee break.

It was around 9:30 or so near Herkamer I looked out the front window and saw what I thought was a low flying airplane, by the time I focused on it mom yelled 'GEEZ LOOK AT THAT FIREBALL!' it broke up and flickered out. It was awesome. I think it was pretty low and close because it looked as though we were gaining on it, driving closer, like we eventualy went right under it's path after it was gone.

At watertown mom needed to take a bit of a powernap in the car so we pulled into price chopper around midnight and I got to do my cheap american snack food run. Got two big boxes of gobstopper, three of nerds, two packs of regular hershy bars, one pack with almonds, some Kix and a box of corn pops. Oh and a 3 liter jug of ari-zone iced tea. We got back on the road after 45 minutes or so and headed to the border... Another 40 minutes, maybe an hour in line. They were letting people go pretty quickly but there were lots of them... Or at least when we finaly got therem they let us go pretty quickly.
I could hardly keep awake so I was happy when we pulled in.

Slept until 11:00 this morning, Went to the store, discovered I have alot of mystery money in my account which pays for everything I spent on the trip and still takes a chunk out of my credit card bill.
Me buddy came and got his stuff from our army surplus order, then Sarita came over for a visit.
She was very cuddly and affectionate. I really really wanted to kiss her. We mostly sat in the living room watching TV with me sissys though. So I resisted. We took her home at 1:00 and now it's 3:00 I think I should get to bed because I'm going to a military show tomorrow. Hopefully I can find some sexy sweedish cammo or something else I'm looking for. Also gotta test out my lockpick, and new Zombie Machete.

That's the NY report! I might tweek, correct, edit and otherwise revamp it once I'm not so sleepy.
