*PICTURES OF SNAKES AND LEEZARD ARE UP!*
Well I'm as happy as a well armed, leather clad clam today.
Me mum came back for the weekend and brought the Box-O-Knives I ordered. One of the knives was sold out but! I did get two Kukhri and an awesome camping knife, really sharp with a hollow handle so you can mount it on a shaft, build like the head of a shovel.
Also a digital cammo comforter, a big piece of thick, brown leather as well as some scraps and an awl and finaly my two, count em two pistol belts with buckles instead of that silly little clasp thingy!
I'm gonna put the clasp on my working webbing for when I go camping and I'm gonna wear my new belts criss crossed, hanging slanted from opposite hips. I am stylin' now.
Also gonna make either one or mebby a set of leather bracers with this big sheet I bought. Probably won't be wearing them until it's warmer out. But mebby if I go clubbing.
The kukhri are great, several websites claim these are the same ones the Gurkha regiments are using. They're deffinatly hand made, probably in india like they say on them. Now I really want to learn how to fight with them.
I feel a little more sorted out than I did yesterday. I think I need to find a new job though.
It's good pay there and I am good at it. I can't stand the one girl I have to work with. I'll probably have to stick around a bit longer.
I'm going to look into the art college in NYC. I'd get a job there probably, don't know where I'd live, and the idea of a student loan scares the pants off of me.
I need to do something though.
Plenty of the best jewellers in the worlds started out with less than me, never took a class ni their life. But going to the college would get me a job right away. Ugh,,, what to do...
More thinking to do! But not quite so depressive thinking!
