I've been using Twitter to follow designers and other creative people to see what they are working on, get inspired.
That said I originally wanted to start a Twitter account called " Twitter from the Shitter" I'd only tweet from the porcelain seat. Post pics of my poop, give prizes to those that could guess what I had for lunch... but someone beat me to it.
