MITSKA SAYS: “For this set, I wanted it to be unique and different. So I decided to go back in time to the Victorian age. This was made possible by the good people at the Helen Uffner Vintage Clothing company. They graciously allowed me to wear this lovely dress, a masterpiece from the 1890s.
