If i ever leave this world alive
I'll thank you for all the things you've done in my life
If i ever leave this world alive
I'll come back down and sit besdie your feet tonight
Wherever I am you'll always be
More than just a memory
If I ever leave this world alive
If i ever leave this world alive
I'll take on all the sadness
That I left behind
If I ever leave this world alive
The madness that you feel will soon subside
So in a word don't shed a tear
I'll be here when it all gets weird
If i ever leave thsi world alive
So when in doubt just call my name
Just before you go insane
If i ever leave this world
Hey i many never leave this world
But if i ever leave this world alive
She says I'm okay; I'm all right
Though you have gone from my life
You said that it would
Now everything should be all right

ONe of my personal favorite songs...kinda the mood i'm in today, though i can't find the lyrics for my favorite song which more accurately describes my feelings at the moment--"Never met a girl like you before"
Well i think i'm off to see the matrix tonight so laters everybody and i'll catch ya on the flip.

UPDATE
Saw the MAtrix Reloaded tonight and it was totally, full-on, mad-wicked, sweet and kicked some, serious, hardcore ass. Probably the most amazing actions sequences i've ever seen. Some of the camera work and slow motion stuff seemed a bit superfluous. I think i'll have to see it again to understand it as it's pretty complex. Thankfully we'll only have to wait a few more months for the conclussion to happen. Can't wait for that.

I was a little surprised when you brought the CE thread to my journal, as I usually hate when that happens. I prefer to use the boards (especially the CE one) to continue discussions as they are most appropriate there. I have no problem discussing things, but for some reason it just ends up getting personal when it moves to the journals. Then the fun is no more. But I know you are still really new to the site and are figuring out how things work.
I will respond to your comments about the thread in the thread.
The Pietasters are not one of my favorite bands but they do put on a good live show. I just hate the frat boy atmosphere that their shows have at larger venues. My favorite Pietasters shows have been the times they have played at really small venues.
We had them play a Rude In DC productions show for a crowd of about 300, and that was nice. Haveing a band on your home turf makes a show especially awesome. Steve Jackson and crew are really down to earth guys.
The same goes for my favorite Pilfers shows. I must have seen them a million times, but the best times were always at Phantasmagoria. God I miss that club.
Have you seen Coolie Ranx's new solo gig? I haven't yet, but I am sure he rocks. I guess you prefer more 3rd wave stuff, I like some of it, but really prefer the more rocksteady stuff, thus The Slackers being my personal pick.
Perhaps I will see you at an event sometime. Going camping?
