GRADUATED!!!! Finally did it...yay me! 
The cynical part of me thought it would just be another day...like no other except i'd get a piece of paper that said i was a graduate. But then the emotional side of me started to get the best of me. I didn't cry, but it was an extremely good feeling when i went up and got my diploma from the dean. Then when i actually saw the diploma and the paper that said i was a graduate, i got all giddy. On a side note, it was really inspiring and amazing to see all these people in the proudest moments of their and their family's lives. Really, really nice. Kinda makes me want to go and get my master's degree...but that's a ways off yet if ever
My mom told me yesterday that i finally realized her dream of having all three of her children become college graduates and that was such an awesome feeling to know that i gave her like the best mother's day gift ever! Yay me again!
Then we went out to dinner and i had lobster and it was great. After that...drinking at Casey's all night long where i got pretty hammered and the bartender wore the best shirt ever...could hardly look at anything else but her chest and i felt really chauvinist about it...but i suppose she wouldn't have worn it if she didn't want them noticed
Oh..and guess what was waiting for me when i got home? My first bill for my student loans...they sure as hell didn't waste any time there!Yeah, i know there's' supposed to be a 6 mont grace period on those, but that's only 6 months after you stop being a full sitme student and that for me was 6 months ago.
Got some good loot in the grad gifts...gonna get me a digital video camera (best buy has no interest financing for 24 months) which should be totally way sweet and allow me to make some home movies. Not those movies you dirty minded peepz! Well...who knows...

Don't let DebraJean get to you, dude. That's just the way she is. Frankly, I find her very intimidating, so I stay out of her way. But still, she shouldn't have gone off on you like that. It was an honest question that deserved an honest answer. I know that if I were an SG, I would be plain overwhelmed by it all. But most of these gals seem to take it in stride.
