Got offered my redundancy package at work today. Basically they need to get rid down to 5 people from the 8 we're at now. Been told that the Managers role is staying (now thats a surprise) and there will be them and 4 of us doing the job. So 3 of us have to go out of 7.... now if no one jumps some of us get pushed, and we get a lot less money. So I have until the Thursday before Easter weekend to make a choice. Do I take the money (about 8 months salary) or do I hold on and if I get the boot I'll get about 2 months as statutory pay off!!!!!

its a 5 or 6 months wages gamble, and I'm not a good poker player, so I don't have a clue what to do. Still got a week to think it through!

On a positive note, the weather is getting better, and it looks like its gonna be a nice weekend
