Firstly, I wanted to thank everyone who has left messages of support to both Xenah and I with the release of her new set, A Day's Work! We shot this set together out of my apartment back in January, while both jumping headfirst into something we had never tried before (SG/nude photography) and weren't initially sure how to execute. However, we are both so overwhelmed and appreciative of all the positive responses, and we are honestly quite proud of the results of our shoot together. Since then, Xenah has acquired some amazing new ink, I've been working harder than ever lately, and I recently invested 5k in camera upgrades to help take my photography to the next level.
To say Xenah and I aren't excited as hell to go back to the drawing board and come up with something bigger and better is an understatement! She's a gorgeous woman with a wonderful soul, and an absolute pleasure to work with. I am certainly looking forward to seeing what we do next!

Secondly, thank you for all the lovely responses to my last post. You guys know how to make a shy girl blush! <3

As for me lately...
- Wedding season has begun in Colorado and I've been incredibly busy with wedding photography and photo editing. I still have many updates pending for my online blog, while hopefully after this weekend's wedding I can start working on getting more up!
- I came down with a nasty head cold early this week that has left me bed-ridden and miserable. The release of Xenah's set has definitely helped cheer me up though!
- My husband turns 30 this year, and as an early birthday gift to ensure I top any previous gift I have given to him on his birthday, I have arranged for us to go on a 7 night cruise of the Western Caribbean in December. (Boarding in Miami, Florida w/ a stop in Honduras, Jamaica, Cayman Islands, a private island, and Mexico so we can indulge in some fun island activities) I hope he enjoys it!!!
- Travel is on my mind a lot lately, and the desire to head across borders to participate in volunteer projects is high on my list. I'm currently looking at prospects to spend a couple of weeks in a Guatemalan orphanage, but no time frame or plan has been set in stone yet. Out of curiosity, has anyone reading this or anyone you know, participated in volunteer work in South America? If so, I would love to hear about it. My friends who volunteer generally head to Africa, and as much as I would love to head to Kenya (in particular), I'm not sure I'll be able to pull it off financially for at least another 1.5 years. I have so many travel plans for this next year already, including a trip to Hawaii, Philippines, Vegas for WPPI, *hopefully* Australia in March, and if my above plan works out, Guatemala.
- Lastly, I've been thinking hard about this, and I've finally come to the conclusion that I would make a very destructive zombie. My appetite knows no bounds and chances are I'll nom on the flesh and blood of both you and your family members while wishing you were all pregnant so I could devour your unborn children for dessert too. Very dangerous for the world if I became a zombie, indeed...

Hope you're all having a wonderful week!

Regards,

Belle

It's been a few months since I last updated, so I figured it was time to say hello again!

So for the last few years I've trying hard to ignore the fact that I am in dire need of having my wisdom teeth ripped out, but it's becoming harder and harder to do so. Looks like I'm going to have to schedule something soon. <insert long, drawn out sigh here>

In the last couple of months I visited home (Melbourne, Australia), Seattle, and California. It's been wonderful to leave Colorado and see other areas for awhile. This year looks to be crazy busy for me, so I don't expect to have time to travel again until mid October when I'll be flying to Hawaii to spend a week or two with family. Mmm... beaches! One thing I miss a lot while living in Denver.

Xenah's set looks to be up end of May, so keep an eye out. We're both very excited to see it finally going live! I'm looking forward to possibly working with her on her 2nd set soon, especially with her new tattoos to show off. I'm also preparing to drop around $5000 on new camera equipment this next week, and while I'm a little nervous watching my bank account empty, I'm ecstatic to be investing back into my business. It is a worthy investment indeed!

Before I leave, a couple more teasers of the beautiful Xenah from the set ahead...

Hope you're all doing well and preparing to celebrate this Easter weekend with lots and lots of chocolate. biggrin
