Back in the land of ABBA, elk and pickled herring.

Tired and bored of it already. No ones listening to anything everyone else is saying and the whole project is spiralling into a swirling mess of office politics and back biting...which happened once before and was a waste of my life.

Ho hum, just keep on smiling, ignore all the bitchiness and remember that just outside the windo is a heard of cows to keep me entertained!



Ran 6.8 miles non stop today and carried on to manage a total of 8.95miles. Flipping knackered. It was cold, raining and for some reason even the sight of a sweating, panting Englishman in dayglo luminous running jacket still doesnt persuade some people to move out of your way...Gah I flick sweat in their general direction!

In other news I want a newfoundland dog.
