Ok so I noticed that the slideshow thing doesn't work on all sites. Poo
Apparently some ninjas and wizards got together to make a Google Chrome extension called iSlide that actually works!
It'll pick out the pictures on the page and run a slide show.. and allow you to save them all one-shot.
Just don't set it to vertical or it will screw up.
I'm wondering now what it will do with monitors that are in the 4K range.. just tiling images vertically or horizontally will be a criminal waste of space.. unless sites like Suicide Girls start uploading 4K albums? :}
Meanwhile, I also tried aNTP which is glitchy but apparently useful. Maybe I don't hate the metro look and functionality after all.. only the concept of losing the desktop and static thumbnails and shortcuts interface (for Windows 8's charms and shit).
