So even though my back tis full of pain, its gym time again. I just can't wait on my duff and wait for my back to try to knit. its not gonna, and i've learned to accept that, even more, I've gotten used to the pain sensation. Its now my gauge for other pain, if its more than my back, I've messed up somewhere. Anyway, my arms are shore and for such a flabby front, it sure does feel stiff'.

Damn self improvement, why can't it just come easy and simply?
