gets me hot: Red lace, a naughty giggle, full lips, and an arts or science degree (whether you finished it or not).
body mods: I'm holding out for some serious retroviral refitting - say, shoulder spines, hardened carapace, retractable claws. But I've always loved those little shaded tattoos of lizards or dragons that make it look like it's really landed on your back/chest and sunk its claws in. =D
