Embrace the Darkness

Life is a secret in itself
It holds many questions
Though days can seem so ordinary
The night stores such dimensions

I lay awake at night
Thinking about what is said
Asking myself what life is
What happens when you're dead

The answers I find are too deep
Way beyond and confusing
But the thought of danger encourages me
Makes it so amusing

I want to know what's out there
Fearless, free and alive
