Hey y'all! So I haven't been on this in a minute. Sort of with intention, pretty much to figure out if SG is right for me among other reasons. And I'm still not 100% how I feel, but I'm working on it.
The girls here are beautiful, the photography is grand, and they are all still girls I look up to for not being afraid to define their beauty. The same reasons I stalked the myspace page every day when I was 14. They were goddess like ethereal creatures (and still definitely are).
...But just like any lady, there's more than one side to us. We can be photographed by different photographers who can catch feelings that others cannot. The SG photographers are obviously amazing, but there's no sort of renegade punk rock feel to anything on here any more. Self shot sets would not make it in member review. And the sets that do cover the pages of MR feel like variations on the same thing, except for the select few that manage to stand out. And new girls can rarely ever make it.
There's pros and cons, but after being a part of it all it's not exactly what I expected. Granted these are some kinda negative claims after not being on the site for 2 months, but it's how I'm feeling. Now on to more awesome things...

Oh yeah, I've been living in Los Angeles for the past month and I'm here for another 2. Big changes right? I'm interning with a fashion designer and have a full on fashion design internship which is definitely not the easiest thing to get these days. I've been getting to design custom outfits for the likes of Nicki Minaj and some others and some stuff for the RTW lines. It's a good time and a lot is to be learned. But I signed a confidentiality agreement so not a lot can be said. Anddd now my lips are zipped.
I'm trying to get into getting other fashion design related jobs while I'm out here and might have some lined...
