This is a mouse, lest there be any ambiguity.
I try to write something reasonably intelligent and with a modicum of wit whenever I can but after a 14 month drought, guilt compels me to offer a mouse as a modest gesture of compensation for the long period of neglect. Finding mental and physical energy along with time doesn't happen all that often, as I've demonstrated. (Wow, this is really boring and undoubtedly despicably disappointing after such an interval.)
Anyway, when I finish moving, assuming I don't end up with everything in storage for lack of a suitable apartment, I will get in shape and be able to tackle the challenge of posting at least twice as often. You know, baby steps.
Why a mouse? Well, he's cute, obviously. Unless it's a she, in which case she's cute. (I have to concede that this isn't really going anywhere terribly exciting.)
OK, so this was my humble, affectionate and furry offering. Be well.
