I am one week into ACL reconstruction recovery. All in all, this has been much less painful than when I had my hand/finger reconstruction, but it is way more inconvenient. Not being able to walk or really be mobile sucks. Worst part is, I coach, and I can't really actively work with the team until I can at least get to practice and be a little more mobile.
