well, the last time i posted here it was under the impression that i would be finishing the last of my uni work that evening, handing it in the next day and then just having my exhibition to go to before i finished uni.
well i was wrong
the next day, what actually happened, was that i was envolved in a car accident on my way to uni, broke my pelvis in 3 places, leg in 2, had an embolism on my lung and ended up being airlifted to an ICU where i spent a month in a drug induced sleep with a machine breathing for me, then another month after that waiting for my pelvis to heal before i could come home.
My leg is still broke, my stamina is stll crud, i've long term lung damage, a 14 inch scar up the back of my calf, and i'm not going to be able to walk before 2009 at the very least.
On the upside though, huge compensation claim will see me through buying my first home and possibly a car, i've a free bus pass cuase i'm now registered disabled, and i'm getting around £500 a month on benefits, when i only earned a tiny fraction of that at my weekend job when i was at uni. ohh, and i've got a wii!
SKYPE is awesome!
