congratulations, i didn't know you were a gym rat like me. the other day i was thinking about how i've met all these vegans and vegetarians who are into having a healthy diet, but they don't do anything for excercise.

how long have you been working out? the bodybuilding and health-fitness groups on this site are pretty good.

yea, sandbags are fun. it's unstable weight so it works your balance and coordination. alot of MMA and strongman type athletes like them. a member by the name of seamus1979 told me about them. there's also a thread in the bodybuilding group called "critique my routine" where we started talking about them. you can also do a search on youtube for some good sandbag excercises.
