Hiya!!!!!!!! quick update, man its been ages..... ermmmm quick summary..

1) Moved house, now a resident of cardiff. love it. quicker to get to work. nice house, all gooddddd.

2) Band is Back On Track. WOO. got a new bassist and our singer is fucking awesome. Did a little festival on the weekend, so much fun and i gots good and drunk afterwards. This weekend we are recording (re recording) some originals. and on monday:

BUFFALO BAR, CARDIFF MONDAY 7th JULY 8PM Is anyone is around this way.

3) Met Joe satriani when he and paul gilbert played cardiff st davids. see goofy 'im meeting someone famous' photo below!!

I think the brownies will be good once I've finished baking them. The recipe says 25 to 30 minutes but I think it's more like 45 minutes to an hour....

...otherwise you'll have to eat it with spoon!

Really glad you got the band stuff sorted out, must be such a relief to just get along with what you're meant to be doing.

Also, I would have totally came along to your Buffalo gig, but I've moved back to Inverness and I HATE it. God, there is nothing up here.

I know. I'm so bummed that I never got to meet you. I had planned on coming back down and getting all my stuff and meeting you then, but couldn't face having to see Max again, so he's packing up all my stuff and then I'm having it brought up here by removal van.

I left because I wanted to work things out with Max, but he decided he didn't want to and instead wanted his 17 year old bandmate and was inviting her round 5 out of 7 nights a week. Totally did my head in and I wound up in a psychiatric ward. Horrible horrible horrible.

No luck finding bandmates, but I haven't made an earnest attempt yet, because I don't even have my basses and stuff moved up yet. Can't wait to have them again.

I will very likely take you up on the offer of a place to crash in the future, though. I feel like I need to get out of here already. My sister is going to London next week for interviewing to be on Supersize vs. Superskinny and I had the offer of going down London with her, but I can't afford it because flights are so blimmin' expensive from here.

How are you? I'm currently trying to zip around everyone apologising profusely for my absence (I'm SORRY) etc before updating my journal. All news and answers shall be within, I promise. If not, then ask, and I will tell. For I have returned.

You must keep me updated on news of gigs etc - I'm home in Welshland until September. Would love to see the band!
