I haven't written anything on here since I first created this profile. My life is moving along, getting closer and closer to the goals that took me to the US, the goals that will also ultimately make me leave this place. I like the US. It has a good blend of people, amenities, is very safe and I am currently acquiring a quality education here. But it is not home.
And I cannot do any of the things that I love to do, or see any of the people that I love or live in any of the places that contain the two previous mentioned things or for which I have any roots.
Boulder is supposed to be this super-friendly place, full of laidback people and good times. But bar a few months here and there in my life, the last 10 I have spent here since moving out here to Colorado have by far been the loneliest and most depressing of my life. But I think/hope things might be getting better, bit by little bit. So I hope this hasn't bummed you out too much, if anybody at all is reading this, and that my next blog post will have something neat in it, like a recipe or a picture of one of my miniatures. Will see.
