I just got back from Canada; it was my first trip back "home" in about 5 years.
it was my first Canada day in much, much longer. Weird being back at our summer place. Even though I haven't been there in a very long time, once i was there, it seemed like no time had passed at all. The trip was far too short and i woke up this morning thinking that a lawnmower next door was a boat going by on the lake. I miss it so much. I must go back more often. I have family and friends there I never visit; this will change.
I just found out that i may have an opportunity to back again later this summer.
Next summer i already have plans to go back for a few weeks.

Im Sick.... I rarely get sick.
Im stupidly feeling like i did something wrong because Im sick.
My wife was sick for over a week and for some reason I felt that I wouldn't get it. now Im at home coughing so hard i have a headache. miserable.

This should be a very interesting year for me.
I'm getting married in less than a month; It will be our 11 year anniversary. Better late than never, right?
Some major business changes on the near horizons as well, all very positive; I'm starting to get very exited about the potential of what lies ahead.

I do not mind the rain, I actually quite like it.
Sometimes though, like today, the rain can put a serious damper on the day.
